Our interior design approach centers around transitional style characterized by both a bright and airy or dark and moody aesthetic based on the client’s location and preferences.
Regardless of the color palette and materials we choose, our focus is creating inviting sophisticated spaces that are comfortable and uncluttered. We love a layered approach that is a balance between luxurious and affordable pieces resulting in a refined but relaxed style that looks beautiful and feels like home.
Barbara and her team have been a pleasure to work with. They are true professionals who produce results. My project was a new build and I first contacted BSI to fill in where my architect left off as I did not have a positive experience with that. Barbara jumped in and made a square box into something I could never have dreamed of! Every detail of the house was given careful thought and consideration. Kim was very detail oriented and super helpful with keeping all of the contractors on schedule and organized. Barbara managed to capture the exact feeling my husband and I felt while on a trip in Sicily that was the inspiration for our new home. The old world feel mixed with modern functionality makes us feel like we're on vacation every day. My husband and I agree this project would not have been possible to achieve this result without Barbara. Needless to say, BSI comes highly recommended from me and I cannot say enough good things about my experience from beginning to end.
